7ª Estação | Jesus cai pela segunda vez Fragilidade: Saúde mental

Outra vez no chão, Senhor? Quando caímos uma vez, achamos que foi acidente, que foram as circunstâncias. Quando caímos mais vezes, ficamos com medo. Com medo de haver algum problema de fundo connosco. Um desequilíbrio.

Hoje em dia, Senhor, muitos de nós, jovens, temos cabeças complicadas. Sofremos ansiedades e depressões, problemas alimentares, burnout. Por vezes, questionamo-nos acerca de quem somos e se vale a pena viver. Às vezes, sentimo-nos mesmo em baixo, por terra. Pior do que ter um problema é ser um problema.

Olho para Ti caído no chão. Imagino-Te a dizer: “Caio contigo para te levantar comigo. Vá, procura ajuda, põe-te de pé e avança. Vamos juntos.”

7th Station | Jesus falls for the second time Fragility: Mental health

On the ground again, My Lord? When we fall once, we think it is an accident, that it is just the circumstances. When we fall more often, we become fearful – fearful that there may be a problem deep down inside us, an imbalance.

Nowadays, My Lord, many of us young people have complicated minds. We suffer from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and burnout. We sometimes question who we are and if life is worth living. Sometimes, we feel really low and defeated. Because worse than having a problem is being a problem.

I see You lying on the ground. I imagine You saying: "I fall with you, so that you may rise with me. Now, seek help, rise up, and move forward. Let's go together."
